🚫 Returns

Because our products include frozen seafood and other perishable items, we cannot accept physical returns. Once an order leaves our temperature‑controlled facility, it cannot be restocked or returned for safety reasons.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and if anything arrives in unacceptable condition, we’ll work with you to make it right.


💰 Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • Temperature Compromise — Frozen items arrive thawed or unsafe due to a verified carrier delay.

  • Damaged Packaging — Vacuum seals, bags, or protective packaging arrive punctured, torn, or severely compromised.

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as Melo Rosie store credit.

  • Incorrect Address provided at checkout

  • Unattended Deliveries left outside for extended periods

  • Natural Variation in size, shape, or appearance of seafood products
